Aloha! My name is Heather Brown and I am a local artist here on the north shore of Oahu. I’m originally from Southern California, but have been living in Hawaii now for 7 years. This island is my home now and I am so fortunate to live in such a beautiful place. I received my Bachelors in Fine Art from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with an emphasis in printmaking. I like to work in various mediums including acrylics, photography, woodblock prints, screen prints, intaglio prints, and linocuts. Most of my inspiration comes from my love for the sea, popular surf breaks, and the beauty of the islands.
